| CERA would like to say a big THANK YOU to the NCHC (North Carolina Horse Council) for a presenting us with two Horse Grants. With this grant money CERA was able to purchase a round pen in 2009. This round pen will be used in the training and rehab of horses coming into CERA. Janet McGuigan from Equine Massage has been donating her time and expertise to CERA on a weekly basis. CERA had two aged mares that had severe arthritis. These girls knew Janet's voice and knew what Janet was coming to do. Ginger especially would turn her head if I was talking to Janet, pin her ears back, as to say, "This is my time, leave us alone!!!" Ginger has crossed the Rainbow Bridge, she is no longer in pain with her arthritis. Mane Street Horse & Pet A huge THANK YOU for your donation of grain.
